Delivery time varies from product to product and also from location to location and the charges also vary with location which will be added to the cost of items purchased and you will be able to know the delivery cost before you confirm the order
Do you Deliver Worldwide: Most of the items in our site are delivered worldwide, subject to acceptance of items by the customer of the importing countries. We ship them either by COURIER or SEA-CARGO, as per your choice, in case we fail to dispatch due to reasons beyond our control, we shall cancel the order and intimate you accordingly.
Air- Cargo: Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items. In case the delivery is not executed during these attempts, due to non-availability of the recipient, or due to wrong address or premises being locked, the customer shall still be charged for the order. Please note that the delivery of the items will not be attempted on Sundays or on any public holidays due to non-availability of courier service.
Sea-Cargo: Our logistics partners will deliver the items to the port selected by you (From our list). You would be intimated in advance regarding this. (Only for Handicrafts & Furniture)
Our Logistics partner would take care of the delivery with in India. In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order or courier is not possible due to technical reasons and Government regulation, the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by E-mail.
What is the lead time for delivery: Orders from Sheela’s are delivered any – where in the world through our logistic partners.
we wish to get to the kind notice of the customer that artifacts require special kind of packaging and care, we take utmost care and make specific packing for each and every item hence packing and delivery schedules for these items is normally more then the routine mechanical items. You may also note that above mentioned schedules are subject to immediate clearance of the items by the customs an other concern authorities. In case there is no courier service to the address mentioned in the order, the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by e-mail. Are there any additional in the order, the order will be cancelled and the same will be intimated to you by E-mail.
(a). For Container Load (Door Delivery): It may kindly be noted that in case of container load all the charges are collected in advance for Door delivery, i.e., the container will be placed at the possible point nearest to the door, it has to be unloaded by the customer.
(b).For Container Load (Up to the port only): We will be collecting container charges up to the port only (if shipping of container under “Free shipping category” then it’s implied to be free of charges up to the port only), it may kindly be noted that the charges incidental for shipment and ancillary, destuffing charges, if any, at destination are to be paid by you in addition. We cannot estimate the charges collected at destination port, hence please seek clarification from the port authorities and ascertain the charges before you pay. Customs clearance at the destination country has to be undertaken by you, we shall not be responsible for customs cleareance at the destination country
(C). For less than Container Load (LCL): We will be collecting Freight, Insurance and packing charges for delivery up to the port only. It may kindly be noted that the charges incidental for shipment and ancillary, destuffing charges, If any,at destination port, hence please seek clarification from the port authorities and ascertain the charges before you pay. Customs clearance at the destination country has to be undertaken by you, we shall not be responsible for customs clearance at the destination.
Any changes in shipping charges due to factors beyond our control and any taxes and levies made as on the date of shipment has to be borne by you. Due to technical reason we may not be able to ship to each and every port in the world
Sheela’s does deliver items international. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use DHL, DTDC, India Post or FEDEX to deliver your shipment safely and timely to you.
Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer, Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Sheela’s is not responsible for any octroi payments.
Customs Duty & Other international taxes etc. If applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.
Please note that cancellation have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. For cancelling your order you will have to get in touch with the customer support executive by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. And giving reference of your order number. It may be noted that if cancellation of the order happens after authorization of the payment then it attracts the payment gateway service charge, in such a case the respective service charge shall be deducted and the balance paid back to the customer. You may kindly note that order cannot be cancelled once the shipment process has started from our end.
